What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across a broad part of central Washington DC, including Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, U Street, Shaw, Columbia Heights, Downtown, Penn Quarter, Foggy Bottom, West End, Capitol Hill, Southwest Waterfront, and nearby neighborhoods. Check our Delivery Area page to see if your exact address is covered.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver Wednesday and Thursday from 7PM to 12AM, Friday and Saturday from 7PM to 3AM, and Sunday from 7PM to 11PM.  We'll be expanding these hours over time.

Can I place an order when you're offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If we're outside live delivery hours, you can still check out by choosing a scheduled delivery window. If we're live, checkout defaults to ASAP and you can still schedule for later if you prefer.

How fast is delivery?

We aim to deliver in 20 minutes or less. Almost all orders are delivered within 30 minutes.

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. All orders are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of the contents.  It looks like a typical food delivery.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder favorites more easily. We'll also send you great deals and discounts if that's your thing.

Do I need to tip the driver?

We never accept tips.

Why can't I see my driver's location?

Accepted Answer

Deluvery believes in privacy. Drivers might be making other stops before yours, just like you might be before someone else.

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

After placing an order, you'll be sent to a tracker with real-time updates, and you'll also receive the link in your order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No! However, orders under $50 are charged a flat $5 delivery fee.
